The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament forwards for Further Elaboration the Bill "On Amendments and Supplements to Articles 146 and 150 of the Land Code of Ukraine" (re Redemption of Land Plots and Land Shares for Extraction of Mineral Resources of National Importance and Establishment of Public Agricultural Enterprises)

The Bill (Reg. No.1027) regulates the issue concerning redemption of land plots in the private ownership of individuals and legal entities for extraction of mineral resources of national importance and establishment of public agricultural enterprises.

Therefore, the Committee passed a resolution to return the Bill for further elaboration to the subject of legislative initiative.
